Response Times
We aim to respond to all messages within five business days. Factual correction requests receive priority — if you believe we have published an error about an app's data, calorie counts, or features, please include supporting documentation and we will investigate promptly.
For App Developers
If you represent an app that is not currently in our ranking and believe it meets our testing criteria, you are welcome to contact us. Note that inclusion is not guaranteed and we do not accept payment for review placement. We do not offer sponsored reviews or paid coverage of any kind.
If you believe our published data for your app contains a verifiable factual error, email us with the specific claim, the correct data, and a source that supports your correction. We will review and respond within five business days.
